Dr. Ghosh  took his training Molecular Epidemiology at Lyon, France, on 2000, organised by the World Health Organization (WHO). He participated in  short tanning course in Biotechnology at Heidelberg, Germany on January, 2001. He got his ICREET Fellowship from UICC in may 2001. He took Post Doctoral Training as an Senior Post Doctoral  Fellow in Keck School of Medicine, University  of Southern California, Los Angeles. US, in  2001-02.Dr Ghosh has over twenty five publications in National & international journals.

Anubhav  Biotech Ltd. (ABL) has grown into a modern biotech production unit from a core R&D Laboratory. The core R&D setup was established for technology development and production process standardization of novel phyto-chemicals and  bio-pharmaceuticals from indigenous natural resources. At present, 95% of the technology used by ABL has been developed through its own in-house research. The present day ABL is a conglomerate of the following different state of the  art scaled up units.
